Apples

One of the items on my fall bucket list was a trip to the apple orchard. We bundled everyone up last Saturday and headed out to Nebraska City. The farm we went to had a little bit of everything. We started on a nature walk.
This is how little princesses travel when the ground gets bumpy.
Kaden and Myles playing pirate ship.
One pirate said to his fellow crew-mate, "Arrrrgh, that be a fine lookin' hook and peg leg ye got for ye'self!"
The pirate replied, "I should think so, it cost me and arm and a leg!"
Finley thought this was hilarious. He kept climbing up for more.
We found a fairy's house. I only know about this thanks to Instagram.
Baby-cam.
After the walk, we hitched a ride to the orchard.
I think Kaden ate 5 or 6 apples in the orchard. He was in apple-eatin' heaven.
Finley in the corn maze. He was really more concerned with his kettle corn.
We ended our day with lunch in their little cafe, where I randomly struck up a conversation with a guy who turned out to be Kaden's bus driver. He had officially started riding the bus two days prior.
