The best thing about having a mild winter (besides the mild winter part) and the good part of the upcoming dreadfully hot summer, is that we are having an awesome spring. With lots of time spent outside.
See the bird? I think she almost pecked my eyes out trying to protect her babies. I tried to tell her I just wanted a quick picture but she didn't listen.
This nest is in our baby tree outside. Which makes it an official tree. Brian wanted to put a blue Easter egg in to see if Mamma Bird would notice. I personally can't wait for one of the baby birds to ask if I'm their mother. I have been practicing my responses.
They got letters from their "GG" (great granny). Inside were some tattoos. They heart tattoos. I told them we would put them on after we got back from our walk. Myles wanted to take his with. Maybe he thought I would forget otherwise.

Kaden dressed himself. I will not take credit for him looking like a dork. Yes. His shorts are on backwards. His shoes were on the wrong feet as well. I made him fix that part. I think Myles looks like a skater. He's hip. Like his mom. Oh wait, is the skater style still in style? I'm so confused.
Dandelion blower. Those things are as hard to blow out as birthday candles.
He's up to something. I'm sure of it.
Brian took his shoes off. Kaden said, "I want to wear my feet like daddy!"
Myles wanted me to carry him. It's so hard being two. "Care me! Care me!"
Dad's a sucker.
Finley enjoyed the ride.
Laid back.
He's such a happy baby. I hope he stays sweet forever. I also hope to win the lottery. Here's to dreaming big.
Brian said it was time to go in. He got suckered again.
Finley likes to watch his brothers. I hope he doesn't get any ideas.
I. Apparently. Married a little pushover.
It's okay though he's a good little daddy.
And...
I didn't forget. I don't think they would have let me.
